Our Mission
The mission of Black Women of Chester County in Action is to positively impact the economic well-being and health of Black women and girls in Chester County, Pennsylvania through education, advocacy, and leadership.
Our Purpose
Our purpose is to create and enhance collaboration among Black women in leadership roles in Chester County in every area where decisions are made that impact their health and well-being extending from households to community activities, nonprofit organizations, government agencies, academic institutions and corporate offices.

Our Journey
Thursday, September 29, 2016, thirty (30) African American Women Leaders from the Chester County community were invited to a gathering with Michelle Legaspi Sanchez, Executive Director, Chester County Fund for Women and Girls, for a presentation and conversation regarding the 2016 Blueprint: Leveraging Progress produced by the Chester County Fund for Women and Girls.
